Dan Smith - Prior to founding SHP Acquisitions, LLC, Dan specialized in commercial real estate sales, investment and development. With this background and over 15 years in the subsidized housing industry, Dan is able to identify value and opportunity for both sellers and SHP simultaneously. Dan likes to focus on win-win solutions. As a founding member of the firm, Dan helps direct the organization's future direction from both an understanding of our history and future goals.

Chris Bowden - Prior to founding SHP Acquisitions, LLC, Chris had extensive experience in the fields of real estate accounting, law, sales and acquisitions. Given his background and over 20 years in the subsidized housing industry, Chris is able to identify unique opportunities based upon both market fundamentals and deal specific details. As a founding member of the firm, Chris helps direct the organization's future direction from both an understanding of our history and future goals.

Kevin Smith - Kevin Smith joined SHP to focus primarily on company expansion. Kevin is in charge of acquisitions and has assisted hundreds of limited partners in liquidating their investments. Prior to joining SHP, Kevin worked not only in Real Estate but also the regulatory field along with substantial customer service.

Todd Rich - Todd Rich has joined SHP to concentrate mainly on new acquisitions.  He will focus on company expansion and will work directly with limited partners who are liquidating their investments.  Todd brings a financial background to SHP along with substantial customer service.

Mike Burnham - Mike has extensive experience in the fields of finance, consulting and marketing. Focusing primarily in the area of new investment identification, Mike uses his experience to both identify new investment opportunities and to work efficiently with both industry and new investment contacts.

Jan Bishop - Jan has years of experience in the subsidized housing industry. Previous to joining SHP Acquisitions, Jan worked for SHP Management where she was involved in property management and reporting. In her current role, Jan supports the SHP partners in all aspects of asset acquisitions.

Maura Hanley –Maura has a broad range of experience in the marketing field. In her current role at SHP, Maura supports all aspects of asset acquisitions. Maura is also responsible for senior administrative support in the Wilmington, NC office.

Andrea Cahill - Andrea has a broad range of experience in the marketing field.  In her current role at SHP, Andrea supports all aspects of asset acquisitions.  Andrea is also responsible for administrative support in the Cumberland Foreside, ME office.
